About Cristina

Hello! It's me - Cristina "Kity" Ruiz - your cake baker, designer and owner of Kreaciones Kity. I've been decorating cakes for more than 10 years - and what a road it has been! Growing up, I never fancied myself much of a creative person, but later realized I did have an infinity for the arts. Whether it was writing or creating a sculpture, I found a certain level of peace and happiness creating something I could share with others. I also always loved to be in the kitchen. Thanks to my mom (Ma - te quiero mucho), the passion for cooking and baking came to me at an early age. Now, I'm able to combine the two - food and creativity. I don't think I could have found a better combination.

The opportunity to create an edible piece of art is one that I am very grateful for. It's a beautiful thing to see the the jaw drop of a little girl when she see her castle birthday cake. It's moments like those that get you through the countless all-nighters. That is my motivation.

My cake philosophy is simple - cakes can be creative, great-tasting and affordable. Whether you're looking for a modern wedding cake, a classic quinceañera cake or a four-foot guitar cake, I'll work to create something awesome for your special event. I'll work with you to create the new tradition in cakes.

¡Hola, hola! Soy yo - Cristina "Kity" Ruiz - su pastelera, diseñadora y dueña de Kreaciones Kity. He decorado pasteles por más de 10 años - ¡y que camino ha sido! Creciendo, nunca me vi como una persona creativa, pero luego me di cuenta que si lo era. Aún si era escribiendo o creando una escultura, encuentre cierta paz y alegria creando algo que podría compartir con los demás. También siempre me gustaba estar en la cocina. Gracias a mi mamá (Ma - te quiero mucho), la pasion de cocinar me llegó a temprana edad. Ahora, he podido combinar los dos - comida y creatividad. No creo que hubiera podido encontrar una mejor combinacion.

La oportunidad de crear arte consumable es algo que dio gracias por. Es algo muy bello ver la alegria de una niña cuando ve su pastel de castillo. Son momentos como esos que hacen que todas esas desveladas valgan la pena. Eso es lo que me motiva.

Mi filosofia de pasteles es simple - pasteles puede ser creative, sabrosos y a un precio rasonable. Si busca un pastel de boda moderno, un pastel de quinceañera tradicion o una guitarra de four pies de largo, trabajo con ustedes para crear algo unico y increible.
